Besides, we actively participate in project, design and constructability reviews, cost reporting, schedule development, change and risk meetings. 

We skilfully utilize our industrial and chemical knowledge as well as project controlling methods to review the project objectives, scope completeness, design, documentation and the 3rd party cost and time information. Furthermore, we monitor project deliverables and milestones, create business driven calculations and benchmarks, gather and analyse cost and time data for historical systems.
